Jets v Red Devils Match 1

Jets first match of the season, started well with Jets dominating play with excellent centre court work from Emma Barton and Vicky Molnar Brown, and good work from Defence of Theresa Kwok and Trish Travell slowed the Red Devils down, alas the Red Devils managed to convert on most occasions which left Jets trailing by 2 at the first quarter. This situation continued for the second quarter with Red Devils coming into play in defence picking off Jets passes, and making those conversions at the same pace. The third quarter Jets had a major reshuffle with some superb shooting from Julia Monger which put Jets back into the game but still not enough to make a difference.  The final quarter was dominated by the Red Devils, and Jets did all they could to hold off the advance. Jets lost this match 33-53 to Red Devils.
