Jets v Red Devils Div Cup Round 2

Jets were to meet Red Devils again in the space of two weeks, this time in the Divisional Cup.

Jets started out very slowly, and the first quarter was dominated by Red Devils which finished Jets 3 Red Devils 17.

After a couple of changes, Jets were now warmed up and raring to go, and took the match to Red Devils, leading for the majority of the second quarter, but Devils came back and pipped Jets to the finish with a 9-7 score.  

The third quarter  saw more changes with Emma Barton playing a defensive GA to eliminate some of the interceptions, but Red Devils made up for this cover by intercepting elsewhere Jets fought hard but were unable to come up with the goods and lost out again 7-11.  The fourth quarter was a similar game with jets again trying hard and coming up short, to finish 6-11 down.
