JUNIOR SECTION

Background Information and Aims of the Club

Established in 1993, Leighton Youth Netball Club (LYNC) aims to provide coaching opportunities for young people to develop their netball skills in a safe and controlled environment in line with the rules of England Netball.

Membership

Leighton Youth has a committee consisting of Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and General Members. The committee meets once a month or as often as deemed necessary. The Development Officer from LBNC attends each meeting and liaises with the main club committee.

Training Information

Wednesday	6-7pm Girls year 5 - 6	Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre, Leighton Buzzard
Wednesday	7-8pm Girls year 7 - 11	Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre, Leighton Buzzard
Wednesday	6.45-7.45pm Girls year 9 - 11	Bunyan Centre, Bedford (Bedford League)

Fees:- Training costs approximately Ł2 per session

Competition

Bedford League - Sundays from March to June Years 5&6, 7&8.
Bedford League - Wednesdays from Sept to March Years 9&10
Various Tournaments - from April to July
'Heart of the East Games' - July each year representing SBDC
